Altair has the ability to perceive another's true alliances by shifting the way he sees. When using his Eagle Vision he sees in different colors.

NOTE: This is not always accurate. There are people who have shown up as one when they're really another. If you want your character to show up as one thing and really be another, just let me know.

Allies are blue
Enemies are red
Targets are gold
Informants/Hiding Spots/Points of Interest are white
those who are none of the above, they simply appear as gray.

Please just comment and let me know if you are agreeable to him using this ability on your character, and if so what color they would show up.
